Add Service-Now Functionality to Chrome for Service-Now.

Allows for the quick access to Service-Now tickets through a quick reference on the Address Bar (Typing 'sn' on the Address Bar followed by a space) or through a context menu when selecting text on a site.

This allows you to get into a RFC, INC or other ticket quickly without having to manually navigate through your Service-Now site.

Recognized Ticket Prefixes:
* RFC - Change Request
* INC - Incident
* CTASK - Change Task
* REQ - SC Request
* TASK - SC Task
* RITM - SC Request Item
* KB - Knowledge Base Item
* PRB - Problem

Anything that does not match one of these prefixes will automatically be placed into the Service-Now text search interface to try and find any matches.

Once you have installed this application you will need to configure your Service-Now hostname for accessing your interface. (EG company.service-now.com) This can be configured under 'Extensions' by clicking the 'Options' button for the Service-Now Lookup Extension.

This extension is clean and simple, but has a few small quirks. It leaves a new tab behind and it sometimes gets the INCs mixed up when you search them.

A workaround to all of this is to add a custom search engine to chrome rather than using this extension. It will even pull up INC numbers automatically as well!

To do this:
1)Right-click on the searchbox and click "Edit Search Engines..."
2)Scroll down until you see the three boxes for text entry.
3) Put "Service Now" in the "Add a new search engine box".
5) Add your favorite keyword, such as "sn" that can be used to search things fast.
6) Add the search page from the service now site you use. To do this, search something in Service Now like you normally would, and then keep that paste that URL in the 3rd box.
7) Edit that search URL adding a %s where you search term was. For example, if you had searched "chrome" is service now, put "%s" there and leave the rest of the URL alone.

Now you have a fast search without any extensions and without the extra tab left behind bug!!
