Despite showing a convenient mic icon to speak when accessing a text box, this extension has an awful speech recognition. I prefer to use the (speech recognition) mic that comes along with the online keyboard from Windows, which has a superb speech recognition with accurate text of my speech. I am an advanced English speaker, by the way; my speech is clear and has been analyzed, time and time again, over the internet with scores that go from 94 to 98 in a scale of 100 max. Thus, there's not an excuse for this extension to transcribe my speech to words having consonants, for instance, I never uttered.

As some of the other reviews also mention, I've used "Naturally Speaking DragonBar" in the past, but I found Speechnotes to be more effective, easier to use, and way cheaper.

The only downside of Speechnotes is that you cannot create custom commands in the same way you are with DragonBar. This, however, doesn't affect me because I only used DragonBar to dictate, but it is something to watch out for if you require custom commands.
