Sorry,I know it's great but the settings are too hard to read,but nowadays , I found Voice In.It doesn't need settings just set launguages and it works .Even in Hangouts! So you should check it out. I'm sorry if you don't like my comment.I apologize for this.

Awesome extension!!??

It works great and has A LOT of stuff!??

Two small issues, though:
1. Despite choosing English US, it always writes in English EU. Example: instead of "color", it writes "colour", etc. Very annoying! I still have to use the keyboard to edit the text, which defeats the whole purpose of VTT...
BUT, this is Google's API issue, not the extension's issue! And it's related to your physical location in the world, aka the Region you are in.
2. It has to always stay open as a Tab, in order to work. Yes, you can Pin it to make it very small and to auto-open with Chrome. But still, why...

Despite all of that, it is an excellent extension and I fully recommend getting the Full Version! It gets updates regularly.

Oh, and it has a "forum" where you can report bugs or ask for help in using it. The creator is pretty active there, and happy to help. Maybe... Probably... :P
