It's good, but unlike Readline*, Spreed, and Sprint Reader, this cannot read .pdf files opened in Chrome.

*Readline can only open .pdf links opened in Chrome, where as the other two can read from a computer file that has been opened in Chrome.

After truly comparing all spreeding extensions (took much time) I found that all except Smiley Reader, (highlights text as appears on website, no settings) Spreed, (≤6 words at once at 100 Jetzt's 1500/minute, statistics, customization) and Jetzt (has excellent key bindings, can skip to sentences and paragraphs, shows multiple ()"" outside the word box, any color combo) are bad, mostly identical copies.
