It's fairly good. The settings is a bit of a mess, and could need an overhaul. (For example, number formatting could be a dropdown giving: 1 234,5 / 1.234,5 / 1,234.5 / 1’234.5 as options)

It isn't good with context. For example "## km (## mi)" is converted too when it shouldn't.

It should work with context for "in", such as "Dimensions: # in", "# in by # in", "# × # in", "# ft # in". Then the option for "in" should be options like "Convert # in: smart detection / always / never".
