DO NOT TRUST this company! Zeedrop will randomly log you out of your account and prevent you from logging back in. You will get an error message saying that your Login credentials are invalid and you will have no way to get access back into your account. Zeedrop is a scam! This issue will eventually happen to you, I guarantee it. This is the 3rd separate account where I've run into this problem and each time it takes months to resolve. I never even get refunded during the time they take to "fix" my account. No response from the FB customer service. Absolutely terrible company. |

I'm convinced most of the positive reviews here are paid. It would be great if it worked like it should, but syncing things to my product list is a nightmare. It signs me out randomly, and my uploads only work properly about 20% of the time with no real rhyme or reason as to why they aren't syncing. Support is understaffed and extremely slow, my average response time from support was about 4 hours. |

I switched over from AutoDS to Zeedrop because I noticed they will integrate with FB Shop, the other platform doesn't. I was having trouble adding items to my shop, I reached out for help and I was taken care of. They updated something, but that update made the buttons I need to show up so I can add items to my shop with ease, so far I'm very happy. I can't wait to see what else Zeedrop adds to the platform in the future. Let me add some more to my review, since I wrote my original post in November, I have asked for assistance with the application and I have had the full support of the whomever is on the other side of our chat. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work. |
