Krullest 2022-03-08 Usually pop outs are so you can browse other stuff or game whiles watching a video, but the video doesn't stay on top of the screen. In other words this extension doesn't do what its meant to do. However thanks to one of the reviews i found there's a solution to this without the need of these badly executed extensions. Right clicking twice on the video you're watching, and click "picture in picture" to have to stay on top of your screen no matter what. Hope this helps.
Nick G 2021-12-13 Great extension! It works perfectly, popping out videos to their own windows. To address the "always on top" concerns, combining this window with the AutoHotKey script: ^SPACE:: Winset, AlwaysOnTop, , A Running the script and pressing ctrl and spacebar when this window is in the foreground will keep it on top. Pbice 2021-12-08 I like this extension! Hopefully, there're some new features that can be added: 1. Add an option to remove the window title; 2. Add an option to make the Youtube app always on top. By the way, "Use Previous Popout Player Window Size" is not very precise.

Robert N. Adams 2021-11-23 I wanted it to pop out YouTube videos, it pops out YouTube videos. I wish it had an "Always on Top" option, but it's not a dealbreaker for me; I recommend combining it with an app-pinning program such as DeskPins for best effect.

Jaakko Aaltonen 2021-08-21 Your site says that only if the video is blocked from embedding by the creator you would get the not available-error. Any video on watch later doesn't work, even if the video would otherwise work just fine. This is like 99% of how I use youtube, add videos to my watch later and then watch them from there, so this extension is useles.
