Wordzen is an executive assistant for your Gmail account. A "Wordzen!" button appears next to the regular Gmail "Send" button, and if you click it instead, our editors will:

1) Turn your shorthand notes into professional emails.

2) Turn your voice notes into professional emails.

3) Edit and proofread your emails, ensuring perfect English.

We correct emails for spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and improve tone, sentence rhythm, and word choice.

Wordzen's editors will draft, edit, and proofread your email messages in about ten minutes.

New for version 3.0!
Now, after your email has been edited, you can toggle back and forth between the before, after, and "diff" versions.

Also my resonse rate to emails increased significant as the emails now hitting the correct tone. Thumbs up for this product!

I personally love that I can speak out loud and verbally organize my thoughts, then have the email written and executed perfectly for me, including some basic research, is worth so much more than the tiny cost of a monthly subscription. I consider this service a personal assistant of sorts. The opportunity to have a team of whip-smart, adaptable, efficient, and flexible writers available on-call at any moment of my day is revolutionary in my book. Joseph del Fierro 2018-05-29 I was a Wordzen user when it was free. I stopped using it when it became a cost service. I tried hiring a writer from Freelancer.com for half the cost and the quality and response time were just not up to par. I switched back to Wordzen and it truly is a game changer in helping me create professional emails to my clients.
