Atención ¡¡Cuidado si pagas con tarjeta la suscripción en WOODROPSHIP! Como es una suscripción mensual, ellos se quedan con tu número de tarjeta y cada mes te cobrarán. Cuando quieras darte de baja no lo conseguirás. A mí tras cancelar la suscripción me llevan cobrando ya durante 3 meses. Reclamando un montón de veces, pero como es por escrito en un chat se ríen de mí. La solución es ponerlo en comunicación al banco y que cambien la tarjeta de crédito, con otro número de tarjeta ya no pueden seguir robándote. Se puede denunciar porque eso no es legal. |

It's great when it's working but when it's not, customer service chat does not respond and there is no email provided for any assistance! I'm logged into Woodropship, I've downloaded Chrome extension and when I try to add AliExpress products into it. It says I'm not logged in!!! Am I getting any help soon? |

Extension doesn't work for me. Installed it and went to aliexpress to try to push products to my store and it didn't work. Contacted support so they could change the keys that I generated, said it would take three hours took 24 hours. Tried it again but still didn't work. Tried to contact them again and about the issue haven't heard back yet. I was really thinking about buying the extension glad that I didn't. I think I'm going to have to find a different extension to import products from aliexpress. |

Very good tool and very easy to use. All working perfect and also their customer support is very good. In future I am sure they will also add 24/7 support. But anyway now they reply in few hours or maximum 24 hours. Defenitely I recommned this tool. |

This company is SCAM!!!!!! They promoted that in 48 hours they will deliver the site but took more than 3 weeks, then support is the WORST!!!! Never answer no by email no by chat. I could not cancel my subscription and had problems with my credit card. |

No recomiendo este plugin ni el servicio de Woodropship, solo en el periodo de prueba me funciono muy bien. posterior pague el mes para seguir teniendo el servicio de importación y no funciona. |
