Perfect Extension. Only problem I've run into is it does not overrule/work if Volume Master(streamer naturally quiet) is being used, which was jarring to hear an ad that loud.

Works at muting ads, however there is a side effect of it muting VOD's so you have to turn off the extension to hear them. Other than that, very nice to have.

This does exactly what it says it will. It's now become a vital extensions for me. Thanks so much :D

It's an essential extension: a lot of ads in general are jarringly loud on purpose, but especially so on streams that are often rather quiet to begin with.
I am also experiencing an issue where it keeps a tab muted indefinitely, this reliably occurs when I'm tuned in to a stream and while it's playing an ad, I switch to another stream that happens to not be serving an advertisement (either because I'm subscribed or the system sees I've already watched several ads on the previous stream). In that case the extension doesn't seem to know to turn off the mute and I can't unmute it manually, refreshing doesn't help, I just have to close the tab.
It doesn't override my enjoyment of the extension, saving me from loud ads is just really essential, but it's room for improvement. Some sort of manual override might also be useful in those rare cases where the ad seems kind of interesting and I'm wondering what it's about.
