i have never dealt with such rude arrogant people, they speak over you, its always your fault, never theres. i have been with Total AV for a couple years. i tried to reinstate my account and my bank stopped the charge after the 7th time, I called customer support and this rude girl started arguing saying " no no no " your bank refused it. i have all the charges in a screenshot on my computer. then she tells me "oh we cancelled your account", thats nice customer service. I am done |

I think the paid version is pretty good for a good price. Could be more user friendly especially looking at the other revews but I find it to be worht the cash |

I am having the most difficult time trying to get this Total av security program up and running. Call the tech support and the auto msg says to send email. Sent an email and auto response says within 24-48 hours for a response. How frustrating it is to set up a new virus protection product from the #1 company only to be told I can get help by NOT talking to a rep. I think I want to go back to Norton products because I never had difficulties with them. |

Though I’m no smarter with computers than my 7yo grand-daughter, I have been using computers (PCs) for about 20 years now and consequently have had many occasions where I’ve needed help from an app provider, but found it a near impossible task to get a assistance. Le VPN , deconnecte regulparle cette langueierement et surtout , impossible de savoir en temps reel , si il est en route Et en tentant de comprendre , des trponses en anglais ( tres desagreable pour celui qui ne parlr âs cette langue / Donc pas de securite Le site , vous assure que vous etes sous protection / MAIS , j'ai et pirate ( acces a ma messagerie et disparition de tous les contacts ) , et l'analyse , me confirme que TOUT est parfait ,,,,,,,,, Ridicule |

Nach unerlaubten Geldeinzug geht garnichts mehr antivirus wurde blockiert,läßt sich auch nicht aktivieren.Jeder kostenlose Antivierenschutz ist besser als Total AV.Kann ich nicht empfehlen,Finger weg von diesem angeblichen Virenschutz |
