HOW TO GET STARTED ⭐
1. Install Shepherd’s Chrome extension by click 'Add to Chrome' above
2. Login with your Google account (use your email address you use for meetings)
3. Open your Google calendar and the Shepherd sidebar
4. Click on an event in your calendar and prepare for it before it begins
5. Join your Google Meet and open the Shepherd sidebar
6. Take collaborative and private notes and assign tasks to you and your team from your GMeet
7. Connect your favourite apps and sync your notes and action items to these within seconds
8. And Bob’s your uncle 👨

My new favorite extension! I am finding it super helpful to keep collaborative and private meeting notes in real time when in google meet calls! Makes life so much easier instead of swapping between screens or handwriting. I also like the feature of adding tasks within your notes, and especially being able to access previous weeks notes all without having to change screens! Would recommend! And super excited to see what is in store for the product :)

I love that I don't have to scramble anymore before meetings to find the right place to take notes and follow-ups. Also super easy to write up shared notes together with the team in real time and revisit them by just looking up the meeting in the calendar. Don't see myself going back to life before Shepherd.

I often use my mail filing system as a check list i.e. if something is outstanding I leave it in my general inbox until its complete & then I file. Shepherd has taken this to the next level of efficiency! I can now stay up to date in meetings - take real time notes (with everyone's input - no need for a dedicated minute taker) and send the summary directly to relevant parties thereafter. All my to-do's are now consolidated and in one place, actions are clear & holds everyone accountable! Minute taking is actually fun (#nerd) and I feel organised with very little effort! Thank you Thomas! Thank you Shepherd!

Fantastic for note taking and keeping all my notes directly linked with my meetings is a huge time saver/great organizer! Can't wait for whats next out of the Shepherd product line!!!
