Don't see how to enable Progressive Rendering, neither in builder (it was removed from builder by SF), now in this extension.

Hi, the issue with the FormData object still there. File upload does not work in Chrome. For example JIRA, imgur, etc.

This extension breaks the FormData object (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/FormData). It overrides it with a wrapper which does not support the full `FormData` API (e.g. FormData.set).

The normal FormData supports the .set method: https://imgur.com/dvI4I7T
The modified FormData is missing it: https://imgur.com/wexOrCy
