Kelsie Spencer 2022-04-23 Chrome extension doesn't work half the time -- I get an error almost everyday. I have to frequently remove the extension from Chrome and add it back. Major headache. Wouldn't use this extension if it weren't for the company I work for using it.
Anush Ramani 2022-04-19 Have to remember to login to it everyday, otherwise it's just rendered useless. Who on earth is every going to remember to do that when it's out of sight. Very poor user experience.

Derick Johnson 2021-12-03 Logs out at least twice a day (which then I have to do 2FA for), often freezes and can't load any of my credentials, often shows some error with connecting to rippling, organization (like ordering based on usage or the ability to order manually) is non-existent. Auto-filling is often broken. Sometimes it just struggles to load the credentials and I have to wait while it spins. Very poor user experience. I would highly recommend against using this software.
