Remove Duolingo cartoons.

Automatically remove cartoons displayed in skills and lessons on Duolingo before they are loaded. Developed with all languages in mind, but tested in German. Works on both exercises and skills. Does not interfere with stories. No effect on performance as it only uses CSS. Works with all devices.

MEE7 2022-04-18 Good extension, very straightforward and does as promised. A few things to make the UI look better without a cartoon: - The class "F2B9m" (the cartoon container) should be "display: none" altogether - The class "ite_X" (the arrow to the left of the text bubble) should also be "display: none;" as there's nobody speaking These changes would make this extension even better
