Installed it on my browser, and then went on Facebook and I get a fake "you need to authenticate" dialog with my password in it. This extension is inserting a fake redirect when trying to click links in facebook, asking you to log in again. Google, get rid of this plugin. |

Doesn't do anything. Nothing to say about it. Can't even change the settings really, theres 3 options and i think theyre all in german or french or something. |

It works, for some cases. No extension of this sort will be a magic bullet that bypasses all redirects, since people will keep coming up with new ways to disguise their redirecting under a mass of JavaScript and so on. I got this mainly to skip Google redirects. I have Google AdServices blocked, so I could not actually use the top-most search results for many Google searches even when they were exactly what I was looking for, because they were piped through AdServices. But now I can. However, I've found that some other extensions of this sort seem to handle more redirects than this one does, so I'm not likely to keep using this one, except I'll keep is as a backup in case the one(s) I decide to stick with eventually go away. |
