With this extension, you can easily upload your orders to Profitario.com, where you can create AliExpress invoices and analyze your sales data to gain valuable insights into your business performance.

After installing the extension:
1. Sign up on profitario.com
2. Go to the Integrations -> Extensions and then click on „Upload Orders“.
- You might need to authenticate your Extension.
3. Click Start Export to start your first export. This will first save your order information and then send the data encrypted to our server.
4. Go back to app.profitario.com and navigate to Reports -> AliExpress -> Invoices to download you Invoices.

I was able to generate monthly invoices in case of a tax audit and the invoice totals match up to the totals they pulled in from Aliexpress. While I have over 1300 orders and can't verify it down to the single order, from what I can compare with other records the total amount spent looks correct and I was able to download a spreadsheet of all the orders they pulled in from Aliexpress. This is so helpful because you can't get that from Aliexpress directly. It did take a long time to load all the orders, but I wouldn't rate it less for it when you can get a free trial and get all that you need within that time. The app kinda takes over the screen and you can see it going order by order pulling it in. You can't use your device really during that time and with over 1k orders I just left my laptop for a few hours to let it run. It did take a couple tries because it got stuck, but the second time I just clicked to pause the export and then clicked to resume it and it started again and made it to the last order. I won't complain with all I got within the free trial timeframe. It would have taken me days of full time work to put together this info by hand. Also support was online and answered my questions. i am sure these are all paid reviews. I tried it. it is not instant. you have to upload them /sync and leave your computer open while it happens. can't do anything in the same open browser. after 2 hours of uploading in the back ground and still only have 20 listings that were actually pulled over. now it shows i have 14 day left until i will be charged automatically? definitely some kind of trap here to get your money. it is NOT free. |

Aliexpress invoice generator is amazing. It takes some time to get the orders details the 1st time, but then the invoice is generated fast, and you can customize. |

This software is truly life-changing! If you were used to make screenshots of your orders or individual invoices per product, you can now download all orders to a Free software program with 1 click! All orders come neatly in a graph and even more ideally, in a complete monthly invoice with all the necessary information! There is also live support if you can't figure it out. Really appreciate this extension and its creators! |
