It would be very very nice if H1 titles could keep on top of screen when scrolling to their H2, to keep context. Could you do that for tomorrow? :o)
Right now when scrolling to H2 content, the H1 title moves outside the screen view and that's a shame. It could be "minimized" to the top center position.

I love this project and it works great on public pages but when I use the plugin on a closed page the background image doesn't show at all and the inline images are tiny. Please fix, I don't want to have my pages public.

Nice idea, but really missing rendering of math blocks and inline math!
