Great software couldn't live without it! Been with them almost a year, they've always innovated and lead the way. Good customer support too. Very considerate for beginners and have a totally free plan that lets you scale up later if you are a newbie like I was! Love them. |

Unfortunately, the terrible customer service, missing products not listed on my shop, and product # miscalculations on my FB Shop vs. # of products on my FBM Fox account upstages the usefulness of listing products pretty easily. Based on the lack of response from customer support (after 2 weeks) to assist with questions, it's extremely unacceptable, unsatisfactory and horrible business practices. I definitely would NOT recommend this product because you won't get assistance with your account issues. Use a different extension for listing products. Good luck! |

Love it or hate it, this is the best software out there for Facebook *Meta* Dropshipping. I'd give it 5 stars but there is always a bug, downtime, and the customer service could use less Zoloft and more Adderall. The true value is the amount of time this software will save you. Uploading 1000's of products in minutes is really cool, the templates are helpful, and you can train anyone to use this. The guys behind the scenes do seem to be genuinely decent people, and that counts for a lil'something. |
