Quickly preview the content of a link by just hovering it.

This extension will help you preview the content of a link by just hovering it. This will save you more time on browsing some sites when looking for something in the web.

- Fixed the issue where the link previewer box gets obscured or appears outside the browser window when the link being previewed is located on the bottom or corner side of the browser.
- Added new size option for the link previewer box: "Responsive Size". The size will automatically adjust based on browser's current size.
- Added an option to save or not to save the previewed links to browser history.
- Improved the "Trigger Mode" feature. You can now assign a key button to trigger the link previewer box when using the "Manual" option. If not set, then the "SHIFT" button will be the default button.

- Added "Autosave" feature in settings. All changes will now automatically be saved without the need of the "Save" button.
- Added "Instant" and "0.25 seconds" options in buffer time. You can now preview the link much quicker.
- Added "Trigger Mode" feature. You can now select if the link previewer box will appear by hover or pressing a key.
- Added "Pin on Preview" feature. The link previewer box will automatically pinned when previewing.
- Added "Disable Scroll on Preview" feature. You have the option to temporarily disable the browser scrolling feature when the link previewer box appears.
- Added "Screenshot on Preview" feature. The link previewer box will automatically screenshot it's content when previewing.
- Added "Blocklist" feature. You can now disable the extension on specific websites.
- Added "Search Link" feature. You can now easily switch website to preview by just typing it's URL.
- Added "Shortcut Key" for closing the link previewer box. Just Press "ESC" button to close the link previewer box.
- Minor improvements in link previewer box UI.
- Minor fixes and improvements.

Nikitas Leontou 2022-04-17 Thank you for all your efforts Dev, i would love a small entry on settings though, the ability to change which key sets the preview (i.e. shift or alt or ctrl). i find myself to change between two languages very often and many times the shift key now gives me the link window while i was just trying to write. Other than that its perfect.

Michael Johnson 2022-02-08 My search is over. I've spent 6 hours today testing all the various link previewers in the Chrome Web Store. This was the last one on my list and it is the best one. It works as expected and has smart functionality. The only link previewer I've used that is on par with this one is CoolIris which was on Firefox but now discontinued. I love it so much I use a legacy FFX version just so I can keep using it. The closest related extension for Chrome I could find that fully works is Search Results Previewer. Unfortunately, I had to disqualify it because it only works for google search results. Link Previewer not only checks all the functionality boxes (hover, preview window resizable, clean interface, adjustable popup timeframe), it looks and feels modern and responsive. The only minor flaw/criticism I have related to Link Previewer is how the Preview Window opens. Currently, hovering over a link will create the Preview Window somewhere underneath the link. Depending on the location of the link on the webpage (towards the top or near the bottom) the preview window may open partially obscured (outside of the active browser window) which will require the user to reposition it unnecessarily each and every time it is opened. It may seem trivial, but this is a signifcant User Interface / User Experience issue. Fortunately, it is also a relatively simple thing to fix, whereby the preview window may be set to open to the left or right of the activating link, keeping it within the active window space. As an example, check out Search Results Previewer's implementation in which the preview window will always open in a favorable position. With that said, my biggest thanks to the Developer on a much needed application for web browsing functionality and experience.

There are dozens of extension in store but none is versatile like this one. Developer provides supports if any issue and resolves issue very quickly. Thank you.
