Several problems:

* The user can't choose where to save new bookmarks (either interactively or through extension options).

* The user may specify the name of the bookmark, but only if the "show title prompt" feature is enabled in its options. That feature should be enabled by default.

* When "show title prompt" is enabled, the input field is blank. There is no default value. It should show the link text as the default value.

* When "show title prompt" is disabled, it only saves the URL of the link. It should use the link text as the name of the link by default.
