the audio is 2x speed when downloaded. please fix! thanksss

And I'm using Windows 10. I tried the website too and it didn't work. Thanks in advance.

Loved it - until it stopped working last week after an update. Downloaded files have no video and hyper speed audio. Developer, please fix!!
