The previous version of this extension (the Iron Man one specifically) had a few more features which I both liked and found extremely convenient. There used to be a calendar date HUD along with a timer HUD that showed a count-down for the next year(simply called "New Year count-down"). This specific extension also used to have an additional "to-do list" feature (which had a display that was similar to the current "Notes" feature): I found this specific feature extremely useful, because of its added ability to create—for each "to-do list" item/task—an alarm that could be customized to repeat a set number of times for that day, or even throughout the week, as a sort of reminder to complete the task made on the to-do list. This alarm feature was also usable for the Notes feature on the homescreen extension. Furthermore, the old version of this app also used to allow a customizable color for the font of the "New Year count-down" and for the font of the calendar date. None of these features from the old version, nor the features of the current version for this extension, have ever violated my digital privacy or recorded any information about me on my Google account. Google once tried to sell user information to the US government. Ironically, any chrome web store extension, that does not explicitly state how the extension does not violate program policies, will be taken down immidiately. I find it very hypocritical of Google to take down extensions, on their web store, just because the extensions don't promise to respect user data privacy/security. Google violated their own rules in an attempt to get more money by the US government, back in 2011. Bring back the old features of this app, and don't try to shut down the current version for doing nothing wrong.
