I was a little nervous at first because these proxy extensions tend to be too much tech for me but I was surprised by how easy it was. They really make it so you don't have to worry about setting things up and switching proxies. I use it for web scraping mostly, but now that it's so easy I use it for pretty much everything.

What make me hate it is that they provided ones a different IP address than what I ordered, and then refused to change it. their customer support is also rude and not professional.

My dedicated IP worked fine for the first billing cycle. Then after the 2nd cycle was paid it stopped working properly, I had captchas everywhere and was blocked out of sites.
I spend hours and days with the support team ping pong discussing and they made clear to me that everything is perfect with their service. Yet, I still had the issue unresolved. Everything worked fine, when I turned off IPBurger. I tried several things to solve this problem. I did not change any settings or whatsoever beforehand.
I am more concerned about the arrogance of the support team than a technical flaw. For me as business owner, depending on such service, all what counts is a quick solution, rather than arrogant discussions.
