What happened!?!? This used to work and now 3/4 web pages the clipper doesnt even engage. I've removed it and added it back, closed chrome, restarted my computer. Please fix this!

As of today, the day that apparently IVY officially migrates to Houzz Pro, the clipper will not work. So frustrating.

The Ivy clipper functions about 20% of the time. To obtain support, Ivy support hours only function through your assigns Houzz rep. Houzz sales agents only respond via scheduled appointments which takes weeks to book.. The Pro.Houzz.com iPad app does not function as of yet. They keep saying they are upgrading the technology but they never do.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to designers!

I really LOVE this feature. It saves me SO MUCH TIME! I initially had issues with it...and reached out to my person IVY customer service contact. She's great! She walked me through it. So blessed to of found this amazing program!
