Gitlab extension to enhance the user experience on the merger request process

This too allow you to clearly see what you have to do in your merges requests.

The extension will modifies 3 things in the merges requests page:

1. In the page of merge request, you can toggle the thread not created from a code review

2. it display the number of discussions not resolve out of the total number

3. it display a color coded for the merges requests, here are the explanations:

if you are the the reviewer:
- action needed: you didn't upvote the MR AND (all of your discussions are resolved OR you didn't start a discussion OR one of your discussion is not resolved and the last message is not from you)
- wait: one of your discussions is not resolved and the last message is from you or one of the discussion is not from you and the last message is from you
- done: all of your discussions are resolved and you've upvoted

If your are the creator:
- action needed: you have the upvotes needed for your merge request OR there is discussions not resolved and the last message is not from you
- wait: all of the discussions are resolved OR in discussions not resolved the last message have to be yours
- done: none
- if you selected the option to not track merge request made by other it will be displayed with opacity

So useful, gitlab definitely needed an "unclosed thread" count on the mr listing, that's the basics !
And since installed, no more merge request sitting the entire sprint, the guys instantly know when they're responsible for this :D
