I have sent three emails to the creator of this extension with no response (I checked my spam folder!). I asked for help, assistance in understanding how the extension could be making a difference in the way promised, and finally just for the money back I spent for the year-long subscription. The only thing I can see that this does is rotate the items in my Depop closet. I can't see how that's particularly helpful when there doesn't seem to be any change in where my items land in search results, so I'm not sure how this is supposed to help sales. I see these other happy reviews. I don't know if the creator was more active a year ago and has now lost interest or if these are just paid reviews. I would really like to benefit from this extension, but without literally any response, I don't see how this was worth the money. |

Function is legit and great, but when I want to cancel the subscription, my bank card info still there and can not be deleted, also it's werid because I got charged for two months after I did not use it, I've sent emails to the support team twice and also msg them on instagram but get no responds, pls can someone tell me after I cancel the subscription, is that safe to keep my bank info there??? |
