Dashlane is great! It changed my life on how to remember hundreds of my passwords. Some are very critical and impossible to remember. Now I have my every password in my hand with very tight security. Also my credit card credentials are safe. I'm using it since years. I'm lovin' it.

I've read the other reviews and all I can say is that it has not been my experience. I use Chrome on a Mac and maybe that makes a difference. I also never used the desktop app so maybe that is why I don't miss it.
I have a iMac, Macbook, iPad and iPhone plus a family of Apple users. Since moving to Dashlane I have added the family and now we all have super secure passwords and I never need to memorise any of them. I love the password generator that produces very complex passwords.
I also use the secure notes function for things like my passport number and stuff like that that I may need from time to time when I am either out or online and this saves me writing stuff down or having to hunt through a filing cabinet.
Simply put, this is the best thing ever.
I did use LastPass and it is also good. This just works for me.

Update.....I am trying to log in to Care Credit and all I get is my Usernames ...no password why doesn't this idiotic program fill in my info...I have to constantly Copy and Paste everything....And now where and how do I input my Password when there is no app showing it or how to find the info to log in....God Damn you stupid fkn idiots...Dashlane …your programmer are fkn idiots. Take this Dashlane and shove it up your stupid arse's!...Back to ROBOFORM!....................FY Dashlane Programmers!
Dashlane …..who are the people behind the idiocy of your update because your new program is why I am leaving your App. It stinks and its all your fault because you just don't know when to leave a good thing alone. You need to fire the people responsible for your new app because I and many others are leaving Dashlane for another like ROBOFORM because of your stupidity!

It was frustrating as a free version, now it's more frustrating as a paid app seeing the desktop icon goes away and the only way to use seems to be keeping a tab open with dashlane app open, logged in to, then several steps later you can copy and paste the user ID and password into whatever app you're trying to open.
