One mayor issue with this integration, at least on macOS, is that the call notification essentially creates a new chrome window, which automatically takes focus, in turn kicking you out of anything that you were doing previously.

This means if you are say writing an email, each time a call rings your phone it will kick you out of the email, which can be very disruptive to your workflow.
