I have to remove from chrome and add to chrome multiple times a day because Cirrus keeps crashing. It's nice when it actually works, but it's annoying to have to remove & add daily in order for it to work. |

I've been using Insight for over two years. Like other reviewers, I'd say it has tools that can save a lot of time -- but only when they work. Lately, all the time I'd save with their solution is made up for in time spent reloading extensions, clearing cache and otherwise trying to make it work as designed. |

Cirrus offers the most robust functionality to connect to Salesforce but there are a lot of bugs. I have also noticed that with some features, like email sync, they built a great product but then stop short of making it awesome. |
