Dr. Wizard K. Pendleton 2022-05-02 As other commenters have said, it is not meant to block the notifications themselves, it is supposed to block the "Allow Notifications?" request. Well it didn't even do that. I still got the request on every website I tried with it. Useless!!!
Evan Guthrie 2022-04-14 The one star reviews are from people who don't understand what this does. It doesn't block notifications, but it blocks the annoying prompt you get from websites when they ask for notifications. I also very much appreciate that the extension tells you how to disable the notification prompt without needing the extension. Good extension from good people.
Chris de Alemania 2022-01-05 It blocks or supresses the notification pop-up (left side of the URL bar). So, it works. Unfortunately, there are websites where I need the pop-up and I cannot override the block in the settings.
