Renders ansi escape characters on current page (ex: a log file with ansi colors viewed in chrome)

Convert ANSI characters to colors on the fly / on button click for the lazy ones. This open source plugins reads the content of the page when you click the extension icon and runs rburns/ansi-to-html on the current page to convert from hard to read characters to actual html without ansi codes.

At least with .log files it doesn't work, it writes escaped span tags like " span style="color:#A50"Infospan style="color:#FFF" 4/22/2022, 4:07:22 PM span style="color:#A50""

Great idea; unfortunately it does not preserve the monospace font (on Windows 10), so it makes logs unreadable.
As the other review mentioned, it would also be nice to have the actual colors, but keeping it monospace is a must have IMHO.

The developer is not maintain the project, and it only change content in file.log with escaped HTML span
