This extension is simple to use, does what it says, and has greatly improved my shopping experience on Amazon. I use it to search prime-only products and hide sponsored listings. The team behind this extension is dedicated to their product and highly receptive to user feedback. It's also extremely well maintained (with frequent updates and improvements). The biggest issue with this ext is billing. I was being double billed for over 6 months, I finally had to dispute it with my bank to get it resolved. I'm not subscribed and still have been being charged for over a year from you without even using the service. If the recurring charges do not stop I will dispute them again with my bank to finally get them cancelled. It is ridiculous it is this difficult to cancel an unwanted service. |
