Created an account not once, but twice and paid for 1 year both times. I still can not use this "extension" or account... it keeps saying my account expired, yet I have paid TWICE. So almost $400 for 1 year and no one has answered my emails and I still can not use it after 2 weeks.

There is NO phone number to call, and emails go unanswered. About the only thing I can do now is call my credit card company and have charges reversed.

Don't bother with these guys - find another solution.
