This extension is intended to skip over (block) YouTube in-video ads segments reported by users. So, AdWars is more a community than an app itself, because its usefulness fully depends on the amount of users and their activity.
The idea is simple - users report ads segments timecodes and rate them.
The main goal - save each others time.
