I like to use it for my spam folder to keep track of possible false positives. The only problem is that if I started in another folder, I currently have to reload the page to get it to show up in the spam folder. I would give this five stars if, I did not have to do that every time I want to switch to a new folder and still be able to use this button.

In Google Chrome and MS Edge, the button only appears on the 'Inbox' page. Clicking other Gmail menu labels, the button only appears when I reload the page. So clicking 'More' and then 'Mark all as read' is just as many clicks. Pitty it doesn't work as advertised.

I really wish this had worked. It does work, when it appears, but the button disappears constantly. Have to uninstall and look for a different solution.

Good idea but buggy and needs improvement. Often doesn't even show up and you need to re-load the page. Would also be great if it done "mark as unread" and also I'd like to be able to just mark ALL visible messages in my search/view as read with needing to select which email emails.
