Lawrence Chan 2021-11-23 Rate limiting workaround: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/network/#throttle Throttle your connection to a custom rate (I'm using 250/50/300) and it slows the requests down enough to (mostly) avoid the limiting. Much easier to be patient rather than figure out which emojis didn't get uploaded.
