I am having issues for 5 months now: after a few days, I need to disable and re-enable LP extension in Chrome or remove and reinstall it. It seemed at first that this had to do with custom settings like logging out after 30 mins and not automatically filling out fields. But now this issue happens regardless of any settings. I have tried multiple Chrome users with more or less other extensions installed that may interfere. I have emailed back-and-forth with support for more than 2 months without any solution. They have had me clear caches via the web login but that did not make any difference. I am sure they are working on something (assuming they want to keep competing as a password manager) but support, communication and probably internal communication at the company are at their lowest point in the 10 year history that I have been using LP (and have been paying for the service). Just letting other people know, I am not sure what I will do if this keeps happening. Not being able to set those desired custom settings is a security liability to me. |

Awful support and buggy program. I've been using the free version on PC with not much of an issue but recently logged off and now when trying to login it keeps asking me for multifactor authentication which I either don't have setup or used an older number because none of the options will work and it won't let me log in any other way. I tried to recover account and even rest but still asks. It's damn near imposable to get a hold of support and couldn't find any contact information just some community forums were I'm guessing you have to have the paid version to open a ticket and I've used the software for years. I'm guess I've lost most of my passwords and will never use this app again. |

lastpass has gone to the dogs recently. I cannot understand what the hell the issue is. I did not change or edit my master password and I am 200% sure I'm entering the correct password. It doesn't accept my master password on Chrome and account recovery won't work saying the extension isn't installed even though it is. What is one supposed to do if lastpass itself forgets the master password. Absolute waste of time and very annoying as a user. Looks like they're just forcing you to get the paid version. |

I appreciate the free service but it just told me a hacker has been trying to login with my password, however the change master password function doesn't work. Fingers crossed he doesn't find a way in. |
