Great idea and a pretty good execution! I guess you could add a tiny bit of flexibility — for example, the option to still proceed to the website would be useful (e.g. I was trying to connect with the dev on Twitter but it got blocked).
Also, the ability to manage/customize the list of distracting websites would be great. Perhaps include adult websites in the block list?
And lastly, I think slightly changing the name / description would go a long way explaining how to use this extension. MindfulWeb or Undistractable?

Now every time that I want to look at a tutorial on YouTube I just get told to "breathe". It basically just bans you interacting with social media. You can't add sites or anything. There is just a few popular websites it doesn't like you using which you can't turn off. There is a switch that seems to toggle on or off for a website but it doesn't work. It has one job and it doesn't even succeed.
